Ringer Board ("we", "our" or "app") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect your information when using our golf companion app.

- Name: for user identification within the app.
- Email address: for authentication and account communication.
Additionally, the app stores data you voluntarily enter:
- Golf scores, favorite courses and personal goals.
- GHIN index (optional), provided by the user.
2. How We Use Your Data
- App functionality: authentication, user identification and feature activation.
- Displaying and tracking your round history and best scores.
- Managing groups and shared leaderboards among group members.
3. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties. Your round data is visible only to members of the same group, when you choose to join a group.
4. Data Security
Your data is transmitted over a secure connection (encryption in transit) and stored on protected servers. We access and use your information solely to provide the app's services.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Two deletion options are available:
- Delete app account: permanently removes your account and all linked data.
- Manage app data: removes specific data (round history, goals, etc.) without deleting the account.
To request deletion, send an email to our support team stating your intention. The request will be processed within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
Ringer Board is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us so we can remove it.
